The salon toning routine

1. Tone once a week — violet shampoo, lather, leave 3-5 minutes (watch the clock: longer = cooler).
2. Condition every wash — lifted hair is porous; never skip.
3. Cool rinse to close the cuticle and lock tone.
4. Heat protect always — heat is the fastest way to re-brass a toned blonde.
