SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your Paul Mitchell haircare orders placed through The Color UK. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. UK Delivery Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom exclusively. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
2. Delivery Options and Pricing
Standard Delivery
- Cost: £3.95
- Estimated time: 2–4 working days
- Free delivery on all orders over £25
Express Delivery
- Cost: £6.95
- Estimated time: 1–3 working days
- Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
- During busy periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or seasonal salon promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
4. Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service directly from our salon. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.

5. Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address for you. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, strikes, peak-season demand, or incorrect address information.
While we are not liable for delays outside of our control, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any issues.
7. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking link.
- Check with your neighbours or any designated safe places.
- Contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
We will ensure your order is either located or appropriately replaced/refunded.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s).
- Clear photos of the packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
9. Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order Items
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement product, a refund, or a revised delivery date.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.
