The salon routine for a clean, calm, conditioned pet

1. Brush before bath — removes loose hair so cleansing reaches skin, not just topcoat.
2. Wet thoroughly with lukewarm water (warmer than your shower — pet skin is colder).
3. Lather Shampoo away from eyes & ears. Massage 60 seconds — this is where the active soothing happens.
4. Rinse twice — residue causes 80% of post-bath itching. Rinse, then rinse again.
5. Condition mid-coat to tail tip. Avoid the head/face unless treating skin issue.
