Focus the shampoo on your scalp, where oil and product build up, and let the lather clean the lengths as you rinse. If you’ve used a lot of styling product, two smaller washes usually clean better than one big one.

What is the difference between the original Awapuhi Shampoo and the Awapuhi Wild Ginger line?
This is the original Awapuhi Shampoo from Paul Mitchell's classic line: an everyday shampoo that balances moisture and adds shine. Awapuhi Wild Ginger is a separate collection with more targeted formulas, such as the HydraSoft moisture range and the repair range. If you want the classic everyday shampoo, this is the one.
What sizes of Awapuhi Shampoo can I buy?
75 ml, 300 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre. The 75 ml is handy for travel or a first try, and the Paul Mitchell Litre Bottle Pump fits the litre bottle.
Is Awapuhi Shampoo good for dry or frizzy hair?
It balances moisture and adds shine, and it suits most hair types, especially fine to medium and colour-treated hair. For very dry, coarse or frizzy hair, we'd look at the Awapuhi Wild Ginger HydraSoft range or Tea Tree Lavender Mint instead.
