Cancellation policy

Some single products at thecolor.uk can be bought on Subscribe & save. This policy explains how to change or cancel a subscription. We don't offer pre-orders or try before you buy.

Subscriptions

• You choose a delivery every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. Each delivery is placed as a separate order on its scheduled date and paid for with the payment method you saved at checkout.
• There's no minimum number of deliveries. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fee.
• To do this, sign in to your account at thecolor.uk (we'll email you a sign-in code) and go to Subscriptions. You can also use the "Manage your subscription" link in our subscription emails. If you can't sign in, email info@thecolor.uk and we'll help.
• Skip or cancel before the date of your next order, and that order won't be placed or charged.
• If an order has already been placed, you can still cancel it in the same way as any other order. Each subscription delivery has the same 14-day right to cancel and 30-day returns promise as any other order.
