Shampoo Three is Paul Mitchell's clarifying shampoo for swimmers, paired with The Conditioner. It removes chlorine, iron and minerals that can leave hair with a green tint, and washes away dulling build-up. The Conditioner is a leave-in: comb a little through clean, damp hair and don't rinse, to balance moisture and reduce static after a deep clean. Paul Mitchell doesn't describe Shampoo Three as suitable for colour-treated hair, so if your hair is coloured, the Shampoo Two Duo is the clarifying option to choose.

- Massage into wet hair.
- Rinse; repeat if needed.
- Follow with a deep conditioner such as Super-Charged Treatment.
The Conditioner
- After shampooing, apply a small amount to clean, damp hair.
- Comb through — no need to rinse.
- Style as usual.
