You get the Regeniplex Shampoo, Conditioner and Tonic: shampoo and condition as normal, then section your hair and spray the Tonic onto the scalp twice a day, without rinsing. - Shampoo: lather into damp hair and rinse.
- Conditioner: comb through, then rinse thoroughly.
- Tonic: section hair and spray onto the scalp only; do not rinse. Use the tonic twice daily.
