Why we rate it

A tear-free shampoo for children of all ages, and a good one to keep in the family bathroom. It has a neutral pH and is gentle on eyes, with chamomile and coneflower among its botanicals, and it helps hydrate hair so it doesn't dry out with frequent washing. Massage a small amount into wet hair, rinse well, and follow with Taming Spray if little ones have tangles. The scent is soft and powdery with a touch of vanilla.

Focus the shampoo on your scalp, where oil and product build up, and let the lather clean the lengths as you rinse. If you’ve used a lot of styling product, two smaller washes usually clean better than one big one.
