Why we rate it
A set chosen by our salon team: four Extra Body stylers for fine hair, used in order. Root Boost lifts at the roots and Thicken Up, a styling liquid, makes fine hair look and feel thicker. Sculpting Foam adds fullness and flexible hold through the blow-dry, and Firm Hairspray locks the finished style in with maximum hold and humidity resistance. You won't need every step every day; on busy mornings, Root Boost and the hairspray alone go a long way. All four are colour-safe.

How to use
Extra Body Firm Hairspray
- Finish your style.
- Hold 20–30 cm away and mist evenly; lift sections and spray underneath for extra volume.
- Rinse a clogged nozzle under warm water.
Extra Body Sculpting Foam
- Shake well and dispense upside down — about a golf ball's worth.
- Spread evenly through damp hair, roots to ends.
- Blow-dry for a bouncy, full finish.
Extra Body Thicken Up
- Apply a small amount to clean, damp (or dry) hair, roots to ends.
- Comb through.
- Blow-dry or air-dry for fuller, shinier strands.
Extra Body Root Boost
- Towel-dry hair.
- Spray close to the scalp, section by section.
- Blow-dry with a round brush, lifting at the roots.
